Engine damage from wrong fuel = full renter liability.

Driving while ignoring warnings = liability.

Car must NOT be:

Excessively dirty($50-$150 Cleaning Fee)
Taken off-road
Wrapped / modified
Used for filming/music videos without permission

• Park in secure, legal locations
• Lock the vehicle at all times
• Never leave keys inside
  High-risk locations (clubs, street valet, public lots)

• Vehicle must be returned at the agreed time

• 0–59 min → Grace Period
  
• 1+ hour → hourly late fee
  
• 4+ hours → full extra day

Vehicle must be returned with:

If not:

• Fuel charge + service fee

Extra charges for:

• Excessive dirt
  
• Interior stains
  
• Smoke odor
  
• Sand / beach use
  
• Pet hair

Overage miles billed immediately

• Charged to card on file
• Deducted from deposit if needed

Client is responsible for any damage discovered within:
