BEFORE RENTAL
1. ONLY YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PICK UP THE CAR
Only the verified renter whose ID was submitted and approved is permitted to pick up and drive the vehicle. A physical, government‑issued ID must be presented at check‑in to complete the verification process.
2. Accurate Arrival Time
Check‑in time must be confirmed in advance.
Late arrivals without notice may result in delays or cancellation.
3. Security Deposit
Refundable deposit required prior to check-in
Held for damages, tolls, fuel, late fees, tickets
Standard luxury: $500 – $1000
High-end exotic: $1,000 – $1,500+
Vehicle will not be released without deposit.
4. Clean Check‑In Expectations
Renter must arrive sober, alert, and able to complete the inspection process.
Any signs of impairment will result in immediate cancellation.
5. No Additional Drivers Without Approval
Only the approved renter may pick up or drive the vehicle unless additional drivers were added and verified before check‑in.
